I LOVE IT HERE so much!!! It is the perfect place to just chill or to study. The workers are always so sweet and the atmosphere is just so nice. The coffee is amazing I can’t wait to try more!

I have been there twice. I go downtown to Casa Kevin to purchase arts and crafts materials during the morning hrs. First time I just "accidentally" parked on the opposite side of the street. Went in, bought cold iced coffee and an oatmeal cookie. Second time, I went just to get hot black coffee, bought another cookie. Coffee taste is EXCELLENT; the young man who takes care of customers, very nice, treats customers with a smile and RESPECT. VERY IMPORTANT when you deal with the public. I hope they put a better variety of pastries. The place is excellent for coffee and a chat during winter months.

The latte I bought was extreamly good, I loved it. The service was nice and we got our drinks pretty quickl. The atmosphere was the only down side to it all, as while it is nice, it is too big and feels pretty empty. I look forward to going in again :)

The location is new. Some of the comments I read here is obviously regarding an old location of this business. Because their pictures don't match this location. I was awed seeing the generously huge space they provide to customer sittings. You almost don't need to worry about someone eavesdropping if you have some secret conversation :) The floor, tables and chairs are very clean. Decorations are minimum but that might be because they just moved here. The music in the background is really in the background. The speakers are far in the back. But because of the spacious effect, it doesn't feel much faded. It's soft to the ears but keeps your mood up. Perfect for you if you want to get some work done here alone or with a group. The coffee here is great. They are not shy of giving your a large dose of cacao for your Frappe - here I tasted the strongest cacao in a Frappe. The server is fast and nice. She doesn't flip the tip screen to suggest for a 15, 18 or 25% tips like you might see at some other coffee places. Overall, in this border town, this is one of the very few places you still feel you are in America.

Cute female owner. Not a coffee person but the hot chocolate was nice for such weather. More spacious than expected, and quiet, I could sit & pop a few trades in peace on my off day. Music selection was ok. But bonus points for cleanliness

The ambience is very relaxing and makes you feel at home. The employee was kind and was quick to suggest drinks according to our personal preference. It is also very clean and provides a good space to work on any homework and assignments.
